Pizza Mosca is a pizza pop-up based in the PHX area, with roots in the PNW. We launched in 2025 with a primary focus on hand-crafted, long-fermented dough using locally milled flour. Adding techniques like hand tossing and live-fire cooking, we aim to deliver pizza excellence through bold flavors and fresh takes on the classics.

Sourcing
We source all our ingredients with intention from the southwest’s best mills, farms, ranches, foragers, and makers— as well as a few staples from our home region, the Pacific Northwest.
We do a ton of research to find brands and products that align with our vision and values. We want to serve the most delicious, and interesting slice you’ve had in a while and to do that we are relentless about seeking out excellent ingredients and trying new combinations. With all due respect to the classics of course!

Catering
We would be stoked to cater your event! We can pull up with our ovens and serve our pop-up menu, or we can create a custom menu just for you and your guests.
With our years of experience working in restaurants, we have more to offer than pizza as well. From pasta to seafood we can collaborate on a variety of options. Generally we are flexible and willing to work with your ideas!
We are also happy to work with groups that have special diets or restrictions, please notify us in advance and we will plan accordingly.
